The vacation home (half of a double bungalow) for 2 people, renovated in 2019, is located in a quiet and almost rural location in a residential area at the rear of the owner's approx. 1,000 m² fenced residential property. It is approx. 1,000 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 2 km to the center with the beautiful old town and the harbor (public transport). Bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.

The approx. 36 m², ground-floor, non-smoking house with separate entrance is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small sitting area), a small separate kitchen (hotplates, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances) and a recently renovated bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a large covered and furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and storage facilities, electric heating and a parking space. The owner keeps chickens and offers fresh eggs on request (for a fee), fruit from the garden can be harvested by arrangement.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and from 01.05. to 30.09. electricity costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption (from 01.10. to 30.04.), laundry package (if desired). One dog is allowed in this property.

The state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district.
The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
