The simply furnished summer holiday home is located on a residential property on the outskirts of the village. Restaurants and stores are within a radius of 400 m and the beach is approx. 1 km away. The FH has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, satellite TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (double bed or 2 single beds, 1 bedroom separated from the living room by a curtain), small kitchenette (electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), fridge in the hallway, bathroom with shower, small. Separate toilet. There is a covered terrace with seating area and sun loungers, a barbecue, an oil radiator for cool days and a parking space in front of the property. The total price includes: Bed linen, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. A small dog up to 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.

The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. There are also restaurants and shops, a riding stables and bicycle, boat and beach chair hire in the village.
