Barbecue with wood stove, pizza oven, equipped with stove, horizontal freezer, two tables and respective benches to accommodate 25 people. There is a bedroom that accommodates 10 people and a bathroom with electric shower and washbasin.

Tem itens a melhorar, mas o espaço é muito arborizado e tranquilo

O dono da casa foi muito prestativo e paciente durante todo o processo de locação. A casa apresentava alguns lugares com poeira e parecia estar fechado há muito tempo, seria legal deixar um tempo aberta para tirar o cheiro e umidade, deixar os colchões ao sol. Alguns utensílios estavam bem precários, como uma das panelas furadas e a geladeira não tinha forma de gelo, mas nada que atrapalhasse tanto. O ponto forte é o grande espaço, bem arborizado e tranquilo.

Fim de semana incrível com amigos

Passamos um fim de semana com amigos, um grupo de 25 pessoas. O sítio é bem espaçoso, possui campo de areia e de grama também. A piscina tem tamanho médio e possui rede de biribol garantindo diversão para muitos. O acesso é fácil, porém tem que ficar atento as instruções do proprietário pois o caminho do GPS é muito pior. As poucas críticas que temos são em relação a manutenção de alguns itens: utensílios de churrasqueira, interior da casa empoeirado e também a rede do campo de volei com muito buracos, fazendo com que a bola fosse parar no meio do mato. Não há caseiro, talvez por isso a casa fique fechada por muito tempo, porém o proprietário Sr. Takeshi é atencioso e esteve sempre a disposição, pedindo que ligássemos para ele caso fosse necessário. No processo de reserva ele também respondeu todas as nossas perguntas e deu um bom roteiro para chegarmos no local. No final todos adoraram a estadia e saímos satisfeitos com o fim de semana.

Carnaval 2018

Passamos o carnaval 2018 com a família, e adoramos tudo, o sítio é grande e com bastante entretenimento, foi simplesmente maravilhoso! O Sr Takeshi muito receptivo desde o primeiro contato, com certeza iremos voltar.
