The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase. In the living room, next to the flat screen television, there is a cozy sitting area with a two-seater sofa and one separate armchair. The dining area between the kitchen and sitting area offers plenty of space to eat, have a drink or play a game. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), kettle, toaster and both a Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by two stylish French doors and equipped with a double bed (160x200cm). In addition, there is a second bedroom on the loft with two separate single beds (80x210cm), which can also be placed against each other. All rooms have blackout window coverings. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron in the separate storage room on the loft.

The modern bathroom is accessible from the living room/kitchen and is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The balcony with a nice lounge set is located on the west (12 m2) and can be reached through the sliding doors in the living room and the bedroom. For the little ones there is a high chair and a foldable baby bath (60x120cm) and free wifi is available throughout the accommodation.



The apartment is located in a quiet nature reserve, but has plenty of fun activities within reach. The ideal balance between a quiet and an active holiday. The Sneekermeer offers all possibilities for an active water sports holiday, but it is also less than 500 meters from this apartment to relax on the beach at the recreational lake. In the city of Sneek it is always pleasantly busy, in addition to the well-known retail chains you will find unique shops and there are cozy restaurants and terraces. Various events are also organized throughout the year. In short, there is plenty to do in Sneek!

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.

- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.

- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
