When you enter, you are welcomed by a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) where you can relax and enjoy your favorite series and movies on the television. No worries about where to leave your clothes; there is a handy wardrobe where you can neatly store everything. In addition to a comfortable sleeping place, the studio also offers a cozy sitting area. Collapse on the double sofa after a day full of impressions. Or sit down at the dining table that seats two people to enjoy a self-prepared meal. Whether you want to prepare a quick snack or an elaborate dinner, the simple kitchen is fully equipped. With a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle, you can conjure up a fine meal. The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower and a sink, where you can freshen up for a new day or relax after a long day.

From the living room, the garden is directly accessible, and on the terrace, there is a table with chairs. The garden is not fenced but is privately located.

Traveling with a child up to 2 years old? No problem! There is a foldable baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair available, so even the youngest guests are provided with all conveniences. And do you like to bring bikes? We have a secure bike storage where you can park them. There is also storage space for ski equipment. There's no need to look for a parking spot; one parking space in the garage is included with the property.





Winterberg is a place where nature and adventure go hand in hand. The Kapperundweg is located in the heart of the Sauerland, a region known for its rolling hills, dense forests, and clear lakes. When you take a walk along this road, you are surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the day and fully unwind. One of the biggest attractions is the extensive network of hiking and biking trails. Whether you are an experienced hiker or just want to take a leisurely walk, there is something for everyone. The paths are well-maintained and offer beautiful views over the landscape of the Sauerland. In winter, Winterberg transforms into a true winter paradise. With numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails, it is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the warm hospitality in one of the many cozy restaurants and cafes that Winterberg has to offer.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
