Imagine: a brand-new holiday home, located in the heart of nature, where peace and space come together. And the best part? The beach and the city are just a short bike ride away. This charming holiday home named "The Little Pioneer" is more than just a place to sleep. It is an experience in itself. It is part of an old farmhouse barn, carefully converted into a modern retreat, without losing its rural character. The house is excellently insulated, so even if the Dutch summer brings you a chilly day, it remains cozy and warm inside.

The house is on one level and therefore accessible to everyone. With a rural decor that immediately gives you a warm welcome, you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Step into an open space where the sitting area and the kitchen meet, ideal for being together with your loved ones. Collapse on the comfortable 3-seater sofa or take a seat in the inviting armchair and be entertained by the Smart TV, mounted above the stylish sideboard.
At the dining table, with seating for four, you can enjoy homemade meals or play a cozy game. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. You will also find a toaster, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle for all your culinary desires.
Upon entering the bathroom, the old beam of the barn is immediately noticeable, carefully preserved and left in view to honor the history of the building. The decor is a tasteful combination of modern elements and old charm, creating a unique atmosphere that is both refreshing and familiar. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and a washbasin with a washbowl. The drawer underneath provides enough space for all your toiletries. The toilet is separate, for extra privacy and comfort. And do you have clothes that need to be washed? No problem, the laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washing machine, fully at your disposal.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a clothes rack with both hanging and shelving parts. The full-length mirror and a handy shelf on the wall for your alarm clock, phone, or book complete the room. The second bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed, perfect for the kids or extra guests. A wooden chest full of toys and books is ready to entertain the little ones, while a clothes rack is also present here.
The garden (750 m2) and the terrace (22 m2) are south-facing, so you can fully enjoy the sun. Prefer the shade? Then there is a charming seating area in the ornamental garden. The large lawn at the back, enclosed with a wooden wall and hedge, offers plenty of space for play and relaxation. The view is endless.
