Upon entering through the entrance, the complete kitchen welcomes you to your delightful holiday home for the coming days. With a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, and kettle, you will lack nothing to put something tasty on the table when you don't feel like eating out. The tastefully decorated living room offers a relaxing 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing by the television, under which you will find some extra storage space. The cozy dining area with a corner bench and two separate chairs offers space for about 4 people.

Through a small hallway next to the living room, you reach the other rooms of the accommodation. The bright bedroom has a spacious box spring with a top mattress (180x210cm) and bedside tables. You don't have to worry about storage space; there is a large wardrobe with both hanging and shelving sections where you can easily store all your clothes and personal items. In the bedroom, you will also find a dressing table with a mirror and an extra chest of drawers. This is the perfect place to prepare yourself in peace for a new day or to get ready for a pleasant evening out. The second bedroom contains a comfortable single bed (90x210cm), a large wardrobe, and a shelf as a bedside table.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped. Start the day with an invigorating shower, or end the day with a relaxing shower. Next to the shower, you will find a toilet and a sink with ample storage space for all your bathroom necessities. A heated mirror completes the comfortable whole, so you don't have to wait to use it again after showering.

For babies and children up to 2 years old, there is a travel cot available. And if you have cherished pets, they are more than welcome here. We even have space for two pets.

For a delightful afternoon and evening sun experience, our southwest-facing terrace is the ideal spot. Enjoy the lively view while relaxing on comfortable seating chairs. A sunshade provides necessary shade on warm days during the summer months. There is one free parking space at the accommodation, and for visitors, there is a parking space nearby (for a fee).

After a warm summer day or a refreshing walk in the fall, there is nothing more delightful than enjoying one of the cozy terraces. For lovers of activities, Zoutelande offers a diverse range of water sports opportunities, the choice is vast. For those who prefer a quieter activity, there is also plenty of choice to undertake something. The nature around Zoutelande is a beautiful spectacle in every season. The dunes are not only visually stunning but also home to various bird species. The rich flora and fauna will surprise you when you take a walk. Zoutelande and its surroundings have a rich cultural history. Visit the characteristic lighthouse, but there are also various museums that introduce you to Zeeland's history. In the summer months, markets and events are regularly organized, a great moment to discover local products and traditions.

Zoutelande is, of course, also the perfect place to enjoy the typical Zeeland cuisine. Taste the fresh fish dishes or sink your teeth into a Zeeland bolus. The local restaurants master the art of good food and warmly invite you to discover their specialties. And while you're tasting, the regional products should not be overlooked. Plenty of Zeeland delicacies!

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Business bookings on request.
