This ground-floor residence offers a serene and unified atmosphere with tasteful furnishings and a recurring accent color. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge and a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. A robust dining table for six serves as a central gathering spot.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and kettle, making meal preparation convenient.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm), both with nightstands and ample wardrobes. A crib is available for families with young children.

The stylish bathroom includes a separate shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. A washing machine and dryer add extra convenience.

The living room opens to a 20-square-meter south-facing terrace overlooking a meadow, furnished with a table, five chairs, and two loungers, ideal for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Parking is available directly at the property, with additional parking nearby. A convenient cellar provides storage for ski equipment or bicycles, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
