Vacation home nestled in the green Mediterranean scrub, convenient to the beaches of La Caletta, Santa Lucia and Sa Pedra Ruia.

For larger groups, other three-room apartments for six people and also a four-room apartment with two bathrooms are available in the same property.
All around, there is a vast green space with a lawn, vineyards, olive trees and pompia trees, a rarity. Here, children can play quietly while adults can enjoy rejuvenating walks surrounded by the scents of fresh air.



Inserted in a small and very recent residential complex, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom, and bathroom. Completing the property is a large furnished veranda with table and chairs where you can dine outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, as well as a parking space. Amenities include: TV, washing machine, and barbecue. All around is a large green space with English lawn, vines, olive trees, and the rare Pompia, where children can play safely and adults can indulge in rejuvenating walks immersed in the scents of clean air.

Silence and tranquility reign supreme for a truly relaxing holiday, still close to the main services of Caletta and Siniscola as well as the wonderful beaches in the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest which plunges in a transparent sea with splendid colors.

- Check-in: 5 pm - 9 pm

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption: included in the rental price.
- The kitchenette and dishes are to be left tidy and clean; otherwise, a supplement of €50.00 will be applied.
- Linen rental upon communication: €25.00 per person.
- Small pets: always on request, €50.00 per week.
- Possibility of smoking only in outdoor areas.
- Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 9.00 pm): €50.00; late check-out (after 10.00): an additional night's stay will be charged.
- Tourist tax is to be paid on-site in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
- Security deposit. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by the collection table; upon return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, otherwise, 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
