The apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living room with a dining area. Patio doors open onto a spacious private terrace with beautiful views overlooking the swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Kitchen: The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, hand blender and various other kitchen utensils and appliances.
Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Both bathrooms have a large walk-in shower with shower screen.
Living area: Nicely furnished living room with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading to the front terrace.
Terrace: The furnished front terrace, off the living room, is a lovely partially shaded terrace where you can relax in the heat of the day or have a quiet breakfast or cool drink in the evening. The terrace has tables and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and a lovely sea view.
