Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Public car park at 1 km, extra. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, café, pedestrian zone 50 m, bus stop 100 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 50 m, Waterworld Lloret de mar 14 km, Marinland Blanes 21 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
