Outside there is a large beachfront deck ideal for entertaining, basking in the sun, taking in 'the view,' or just reading a book!

Central air conditioning, six TVs with cable, three DVDs, two VCR’s, wireless Internet, six ceiling fans, and a cabana bath are a few of the amenities you will enjoy in this oceanfront beach front living in Ocean City. Great family getaway

Property is clean and in a great location. Right on the beach (a less busy area), far enough from the boardwalk area to be quiet, but close enough to hop on the bike for an easy ride down to the attractions. A very good layout for families, large covered beach side patio, plenty of bathrooms including a first floor for beach days, and pretty well stocked kitchen. The beds are quite firm with minimal padding but we got used to them. Thats about the only negative. Nick is right upstairs if you need something and nice enough to volunteer his favorite restaurants. Will return.

Perfect Location with Littles

We loved this home for it's great location to the grocery store, playground, ice cream, bike rentals, and of course the BEACH! It was great for us because we wanted to be able to nap the kids and no have a hike back and forth from the beach. Everything was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful home.

Ideal location and beautiful views

Property is very well maintained with comfortable bedding and a wonderfully appointed kitchen with an abundance of dishes, cookware, appliances, etc. Restaurants, snacks and treats are all within walking distance. The view from the expansive deck is worth the price of admission. The owners, Nick and Linda, were very accomodating and obviously take pride in their home. We already booked for next year.

Exceptional Beach Home

This beach home is the perfect spot for a family vacation. It has easy access to the beach which was ideal for our family with 5 children ages 5 and under. The cabana bathroom was very convenient for children and adults after a day at the beach. This 5 bedroom home was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. The home is beautifully furnished and very clean. Can’t wait to go back next year! Homeowners Nick and Linda were great!

Great vacation spot

The location is great - private access to the beach, beautiful ocean views and a great porch to enjoy any part of day. I would recommend to anyone. The owners met us soon after we arrived and they were wonderful.

Great stay in Ocean City!

We had a wonderful week in Ocean City at this beautiful property - the views of the beach and ocean were stunning and we appreciated the semi-private access to the beach. The location was great - quiet and family-oriented, with the busy boardwalk just a quick bike ride away. House amenities were as advertised, and the place is in great condition. Communication with Nick was great throughout. We would certainly enjoy staying at this outstanding property again!

Great House to Rent

We were very pleased with this property. It was updated, well maintained and the Owners could not be nicer. This was our first time to Ocean City and Nick and Linda provided us with all of the information that we needed. They live on the property and are easily accessible. We had problems with the toaster and within minutes we were provided with a replacement. We loved everything about our stay and have decided to return there again next year. We look forward to returning. If you are considering renting this property, I would highly recommend it.

Outstanding location, GREAT HOUSE, Perfect Weather

We have been going to OC as a family getaway for 4 years and have always had a great time with the kids and grandkids. Nick is an outstanding host and the property and location could not be better. The place is immaculate, access to the beach could not be easier, and trips to the boardwalk and groceries as well as restaurants are most convenient. I strongly recommend the rental and are planning to return.

Wonderful week at the beach!

The three generations were all thrilled with our week at this beautiful home. It was well situated for my grandchildren, who both enjoyed trips to the well equipped playground that was a short walk from the house. Then, of course, there was the beach: both easy to get out to with our chairs and sand toys, and also to gaze at from our deck. The home is comfortable, just right for families. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

This was our families second straight year staying in this great beachfront property. We had just as wonderful of a week that we had during our first stay. It is well kept and seemed as new as the first year. The home is nicely equipped and supplied our family of nine with accommodations that enhanced our vacation and is large enough to provide privacy when needed. The property along with the never ending enjoyable spectacular views and just steps to the beach is within walking distance of anything you may need as mentioned in other reviews. The owners are great. Our grandson unfortunately got sick while we were here and the owners were very compassionate and caring in regard to his condition. We all look forward to coming back again and recommend this home.

We had a wonderful week at this beachfront home. The house is decorated beautifully and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. We really enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning as we looked out at the beach and ocean. This home is also well maintained and very clean! The location is ideal, too. Walk to the playground, grocery store, corner market, farmer's market, Hoy's and ice cream!

Beautiful beachfront property in OCNJ

Really enjoyed our recent family vacation at this beautifully decorated beachfront home. Ideal location within walking distance to playground, Wawa, ice cream, donuts, and CVS. Beach Front Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying at this location, it has all you could ask for in a vacation rental unit. Very modern and roomy, very easy walk to the beach, close walking distance to a playground, stores, and dining. Great view of the morning sun rise, and ocean view.

Fabulous state of the art family beach house

It doesn't get better than this....a recently built state of the art oceanfront house literally steps off the beach. This house was perfect for our 2 yr old granddaughter (she loved walking to playground) as well as my 79 year old mother and all ages in between. The modern amenities, fabulous location and spectacular view can't be beat. Owners were readily available and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning to this home next year!

Ideal beachfront rental!

Ideal location for our family vacation within walking distance to playground, grocery store, pharmacy, pizza, and ice cream. The ocean view is spectacular from the living and dining area as well as from the covered deck. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the well-equipped kitchen. Nick and Linda were easy to work with and obviously take pride in their rental property. Looking forward to returning again next summer!

Thank You for the Great Week!

So not to be repetitious.....Tracy M. in her review included everything as far as the amenities of this fabulous ocean front property. We had a total of seven adults and one child and found this unit to be very comfortable and much more than adequate. Our adult children and grandson loved it. We utilized the tennis courts and took our grandson to the playground (every day) which both are only a short one block walk away. The owners Linda & Nick were very gracious and have done a wonderful job making this rental seem like a home away from home (if not better). We would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unit right on the beach with 5 bedrooms and plenty of room tastefully done in a great location. Bottom line......we all enjoyed our week immensely and have already made the commitment and reserved our week for this upcoming season!
