New, high standing and nicely furnished apartment (2024) in the heart of Saint Malo, in the highly researched quarter of Saint Servan.
It has 2 balconies with a nice ocean view and 2 bedrooms with port view.
3 minutes walk away from the Bas Sablons beach and 10 minutes walk from the old city Intra Muros, all other amenities are very easily accessible by foot.
Closed double parking spot in the building is included.
4th floor with elevator.
Appropriate for wheelchair users.
Very well furnished kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, exquisite vintage tableware…
Towels and bedlinen upon request: 15€/person
Cleaning service: 70€
A 500€ deposit is requested by credit card imprint or by chèque, and will be redeemed in case of damage or theft at the end of the stay.
For arrivals outside of the opening hours (4pm-8pm) a fee will be charged:
15€ for arrivals between 8pm-10pm
25€ for arrivals between 10pm-midnight.
No arrivals after midnight.
