With plenty of space and not far from the sea, this spacious house is ideal for a vacation where you will want for nothing. It awaits you near the center of the famous Opatija resort and is located on a cliff with an elevator leading to it. Relax here in a stylish ambience, the appealing furnishings in subtle colors will make you feel at home from day one. There is plenty of space for group activities, dining together in convivial company, large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the sea panorama to the full, even when relaxing in the hotel's own sauna.

Enjoy wonderful hours in the outdoor area of the house, you have the choice between several terraces. Sunbathe in a deckchair, take a long swim in the pool against a magical backdrop, serve delicious dishes from the barbecue and end the day in the open-air whirlpool.

Stroll to the sea and enjoy the clear water on the pebble beach. Stroll along the coastal promenade in Opatija, which stretches from Voloski to Lovran, and marvel at the elegant villas from the time of the Austrian nobility, where you will also find the town's landmark, a statue called Girl with a Seagull. Take a relaxing break with a sea view in Angiolina Park. There are many smaller towns nearby that also offer an interesting cultural program in the summer months. Discover the region's top gastronomic offerings and the hiking trails in the Ucka Nature Park. The entire town is a beautiful combination of coastal and mountain landscape and as such is known far beyond the country's borders.
