Attractive comfortable chalet on a 400m2 garden plot with a wonderful terrace, ideal for a family of 4 or two couples between the bay and the ocean.

In the middle part of the chalet is the living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, sofa corner and WiFi. To the right and left of the living room you will find a bedroom with terrace exit and private shower room + toilet.
