Our apartment is located in a quiet corner of the beautiful Zehlendorf, just a few bus stops from the Zehlendorf S-Bahn station, from where you can quickly and easily reach the whole of Berlin, thus offering you the opportunity to discover Berlin during the day and then relax ,
It is particularly suitable for families, approx. 50 m from the house entrance there is a spacious park that invites to play but also to jog.
Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Sehr gerne wieder
Kommunikation war super einfach und total nett. Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb aber man braucht nur ca. 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen ins Zentrum. Wohnung ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Würde sofort wieder dort übernachten.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns freuen, wenn wir erneut einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung buchen können.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen, die Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, viel Platz für eine kleine Familie, die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr schön.

Comfortable and bright
Quiet neighborhood with a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you to S and UBahn stops quickly. Great bed. Kitchen and bathroom were nicely updated. Very comfortable stay for 4 weeks. If you want to stream anything, bring a laptop since the TV is not Smart.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Wohnung war schön groß. Als einziges Manko wäre zu nennen, dass man keine richtige Verdunklung vornehmen kann, weshalb wir morgens um 06:30 Uhr wach waren....

Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und super gepflegt. So wünsche ich mir Altbau. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße direkt am Park und trotzdem in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Wenn man nur nach Berlin Mitte will, vielleicht nicht perfekt; für mich aber genau richtig! Ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieterfamilie für den netten Kontakt und die schöne Wohnung.

Urlaub in Zehlendorf
wir haben die Ferienwohnung für die Zeit vom 10.07--17.07.23 gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, bestens ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Durch die günstige Lage und Nähe zur öffentlichen Bushaltestelle ist man in kurzer Zeit in der Stadt, am Ausflugsziel oder im Umland. Auch der angrenzende Park lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Ein peferkter Aufenthalt!
Eine Freundin und ich teilten uns diese Wohnung für eine Woche. Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Schüsselübergabe war einfach und sehr nett. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und es fehlte wirklich nichts. Noch nie habe ich in einer so umfangreichen Ferienwohnung gelebt. Auch die Rückgabe des Schlüssels war für uns sehr komfortabel. Die Lage am äußeren Stadtrand erforderte natürlich die Nutzung des ÖPNVs, allerdings ist die Busanbindung mit der X10 oder 285 sehr, sehr gut. Auch spät nachts kommt man gut mit der N85 wieder zurück.

Sonniges Zehlendorf
Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Innenstadt, wenn man in eine ruhige Oase zurückkehrt. Über Bus und S Bahn Anschluss ist man in 30 min in Mitte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, voll ausgestattet und verfügt über 5 Schlafplätze bei freiem Wohnzimmer (hier ggf. weitere 2 Schlafplätze). Betreuung durch Vermieterin 1a, freundlich und zuverlässig. Um die Ecke ein sehr guter Italiener und eine kleine Bäckerei. Parkplatz nicht unmittelbar vor der Tür gewährleistet, aber in der Nähe. Wir ( Alter 19, 21, 40 und 57 Jahre weiblich) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es war guter Ausgangspunkt für viele verschiedene Unternehmungen nach Mitte, Philharmonie, Potsdam, Strandbad etc. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Super für einen Städtetrip
Gut ausgestatte FeWo für ein Städtetrip. Familienfreundliche Ausstattung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Fahrzeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwas mehr als eine Stunde bis in die Innenstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfect location close to my family
Lots of room. Enjoyed watching the barnyard animals out back. Everything you need is there, even baked cookies with my grandchildren. Hosts were very responsive to all my communications and requests. Hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommended.
