Your tires crackle on the shell path; one bend further and you find yourself in another world.

Rugged dune valley
The plot of land is shared with your 'neighbors' at the Bosuil villa. But what if you run into each other ...? We think the chances are pretty small! You look out on a piece of nature where the Short-eared owl is master. A rugged dune valley with beautiful open spaces. Tall trees along the edge transform the site into a private paradise. By day, the sun reveals every hill, bush and strand of beach grass. Small paths crisscross through the dunes. For children it is a great adventure.

Unique golf course
Want to take a swing? Just steps away is the 18 hole golf course, De Texelse, with its dunes, ponds and greens.
