In the resort 2 km from the centre of Peñíscola, in the district Peñismar, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. In the house: lift. Parking. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant, bar, café, pub garden 50 m, bus stop "Peñismar" 150 m, railway station "Benicarló" 6.5 km, sandy beach "Playa Norte" 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 31 km. Nearby attractions: Castillo Peñíscola 3.5 km, Delta del Ebro 52 km, Aquarama 59 km, Port Aventura 118 km, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències 140 km, San Mateu 36 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pantano de la Senia 45 km. Hiking paths: Parque Natural Sierra de Irta 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
