CHASA TULAI F83: BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED STUDIO IN HOLIDAY PARK TULAI F83

Bainvgnü - welcome to the large and completely renovated studio in the Tulai holiday park in Scuol. The studio is at ground level to the resort entrance. It is on the south side with a view of the Inn valley, at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The bright studio, which enjoys the sun thanks to its southern orientation, scores with individuality, comfort, tranquillity, brightness, mountain panorama and a particularly generous floor plan of 50m2. Directly from the entrance to the house, you can take a leisurely and idyllic walk along the old and current Stradun without having to climb any metres. This way you can reach the impressive landscape along the Inn as well as the shops on the main street "Stradun" without any effort. The large sun terrace of the studio invites you to spend cosy hours on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

The studio was renovated and furnished in 2022. The modern kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The studio is furnished with two single beds 2x 90×200 and a sofa bed for another 1-2 persons. The bathroom, designed in a purist style, is equipped with a bathtub, shower, WC and washbasin. An underground parking (1.80m high) space completes the offer.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgrafitto decorated houses, the Swiss National Park and a skiing and bathing offer that is second to none.

The Motta Naluns ski area and the Scuol-Tarasp railway station can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus stop on the Stradun. The use of public transport is included in the guest card. The Martina-Scuol valley cross-country ski run can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities are located on the main street, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
