CHASA TULAI F114: GENEROUSLY RENOVATED ALPENCHIC STUDIO IN HOLIDAY PARK TULAI F114

Bainvgnü - welcome to the large renovated Alpenchic studio in the Tulai holiday park in Scuol. The studio is located on the top floor at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The studio scores with its particularly generous floor plan of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, you can take a leisurely and idyllic walk along the old and today's Stradun without having to climb any metres in altitude. This way you can reach the impressive landscape along the Inn as well as the shops on the main street "Stradun" without any effort. The large terrace of the studio invites you to spend cosy hours on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

The entire flat was renovated and refurnished in December 2022. The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The studio is furnished with a double bed 2x 90×200 and a sofa bed for additional persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and WC. An underground parking (1.80m high) space completes the offer.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgrafitto decorated houses, the Swiss National Park and a skiing and bathing offer that is second to none.

The Motta Naluns ski area and the Scuol-Tarasp railway station can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus stop on the Stradun. The use of public transport is included in the guest card. The Martina-Scuol valley cross-country ski run can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities are located on the main street, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
