CHasa Avant Muglins: Garden flat with a view
7 minutes walk to the bath - Bogn Engiadina Scuol. 7 minutes walk to the start of the cross-country ski trail. 3 minutes walk to the sport and local bus, bus stop Scuol-Manaröl. The 2.5 room flat is located in the east of Scuol. At the end of a dead end street - a quiet residential area. No through traffic. The carers of the flat live in the house on the upper floor. We have totally renovated and insulated the house in 2018.
The holiday flat has 50 square metres on two floors, oak parquet flooring, modern kitchen with induction hob, fridge and separate freezer. The flat has a bedroom with two beds and a small bedroom with a 2-person bunk bed, ideal for children. Bathroom with shower and WC. Free wifi, TV and radio. 20 square metres of garden. In the garden the Engadine Dolomites sit at the table: Piz Ajüz, Lischana, San Jon and Pisoc. The house is situated on the east-west axis. Plenty of sun from spring to autumn. Parking space in front of the house. You can put on your walking shoes in the house and walk in all directions of the sky.
