It is right next to the eastern entrance of the Engadin Bad Scuol, with its large bathing and Roman-Irish bath. There are also two mineral water fountains in the immediate vicinity. The flat is ideally located for guests who like to go to the baths regularly or enjoy the peace and quiet but still want to live very centrally. You can put on your walking shoes in the house and walk in all directions of the sky.

The entire flat has parquet or tile flooring. The kitchen is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Engadine Dolomites: Piz Ajüz, Piz Lischana, Piz San Jon and Piz Pisoc. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 2x 90×200 and a double bed 2 x 90 x 200 and two single beds 90 x 200. The bathroom has a beautiful stone floor, WC and bathtub with shower. There is an outside parking space directly in front of the house.
