The flat is on the first floor of a beautiful 350-year-old Engadine house. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Shopping facilities, a bakery and the post office are in the immediate vicinity. Salsiz, Landjäger or Natura Beef meat can be obtained directly from Naturhof Campell, the owners.
The skiing area Motta Naluns can be reached by car in 5 minutes via Ftan or by train in 10 minutes via Scuol. The neighbouring village Ftan also has the 8.5 km long Dario Cologna cross-country skiing trail.
In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Ardez over a suspension bridge to Tarasp and then to Scuol is very popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
