The apartment of just under 90m2 is located on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony. An outdoor parking space behind the house belongs to the apartment. The ski bus stop is located directly at the house, in about 5 minutes drive you can easily reach the valley station. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. In three minutes walk you are in the Engadin Bad Scuol, with large bath and sauna area and with Roman-Irish bath. There are also two mineral water fountains in the immediate vicinity.
