It has its own indoor pool and sauna (the opening hours of the indoor pool depend on the opening hours of the mountain railways, sauna for a fee).

The approximately 50m2 large 2.5-room apartment is ideal for 1-4 people and impresses with the beautiful view of the Lower Engadin Dolomites and the Swiss National Park. The bus stop for the Motta Naluns ski area or the Scuol-Tarasp train station is nearby. Restaurants and the promenade on the \'Stradun\' can be reached on foot without any effort.
