Little house in the village

Location: This pretty little house is located in the village of Pedona (Camaiore), where there is a grocery shop and a good restaurant. The house is inserted with other small houses in a small street that can be reached by a small car. The house has a really nice view, both the mountains and the sea with the beautiful Tuscan sunsets can be seen. The terrace in front of the house is equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue to eat outside.
Near the house there is a small square where there is public parking, but to get there you must be a good driver and your car must not be too big.
Otherwise, you can park in the main car park in Pedona, about 300 metres from the house. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car.
Features: The house is divided as follows: approx. 90² area. The ground floor can be reached via a short staircase. Kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher and washing machine. Table with chairs. Sofa bed for 2 persons. Bathroom with shower. First floor with one bedroom with double bed (without door).

To be paid on site: Deposit € 200. Electricity, gas, water € 40 per week. Final cleaning € 50.
