Surrounded by the tranquility of a villa neighborhood and yet so close to urban coziness and a short distance from the coast, this is the ideal base for your vacation. The studio is an oasis of calm where you immediately feel at home. With stylish furnishings and all amenities within reach, you can enjoy undisturbed here. The outdoor terrace provides the perfect setting for a relaxing evening after a day full of urban discoveries or a delightful day at the beach.

Accommodation
This studio offers the comfort of a holiday home and the intimacy of a hotel room. The multifunctional space is cleverly furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x210cm) opposite the television, with two bedside tables and a wardrobe to store your luggage. In the same space, you'll find the cozy dining area at the bar by the kitchen.

The kitchen has some basic amenities such as a combination microwave for heating meals, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine plus kettle for a delicious cup of coffee or tea. Please note, there is no stove available. The air conditioning and blackout window coverings ensure a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the day.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower with rain shower and a toilet. On the private terrace (10m2) facing south, you can relax at the garden table with seating for 2 people under the parasol.

Unfortunately, the studio does not have facilities for children up to 2 years old, and pets cannot be brought along. The studio is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With a bicycle storage, private parking space, and charging point for electric cars, everything has been thought of. Additionally, two city bikes are available for you, perfect for a day out.

Koudekerke may be small, but believe us, it's the ideal place to discover the Zeeland coastline. Hop on the bike and before you know it, you're on the beach ready for a refreshing dip or a relaxing walk along the shoreline. Back in the village, you can enjoy the local delicacies and feel the warmth of Zeeland hospitality. Vlissingen is a city that proudly withstands the Westerschelde. Here you breathe in the salty sea air as you stroll along the boulevard, with a view that takes your breath away. Watch the ships pass by while relaxing on one of the many terraces, with the sea as your companion. Discover Middelburg, the pride of Zeeland. This city is steeped in history. The Abbey, the town hall, and the historical monuments take you back in time. But Middelburg is not standing still; it's a city that buzzes, with trendy shops, and events that you can visit throughout the year.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
