Accommodation
As soon as you open the front door, you step directly into the cozy living room. With a comfortable two-person sofa and three armchairs around the coffee table, this is the ideal place to relax with your favorite series or movie. And thanks to the smart TV lift, you can keep the television out of sight whenever you want. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the seating area and is equipped with everything you need: a hob, combi microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Whether you feel like a toasted sandwich or a delicious cup of coffee, with the toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle it's easily arranged. And even washing is possible during your stay with the presence of a washer/dryer combination in the kitchen.

In the bathroom on the ground floor you will find everything to refresh and relax. In addition to a large illuminated and heated mirror, ample storage space at the sink and a toilet, you will also find a wonderful whirlpool bath here. The separate shower also contains cold water jets because this is perfect in combination with the private wellness of the sauna. This spacious sauna offers space for three people and is equipped with a stove with lava stones, a foot bath and a bucket with ladle for pouring water.

The spiral staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor where you will find the bedrooms. On the landing there is a handy desk corner, if you want to work a bit even on holiday, you can isolate yourself here perfectly. At the rear there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and at the front a bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, bedside tables and ample storage space for your clothes.

The garden (with an area of 2x150 m2) is a wonderful place to relax, play or exercise. For the little ones there is a playhouse, a play train and a sandbox with toys. The small pond is home to frogs and salamanders. The terrace at the rear (9.2 m2) is equipped with chairs and a table, ideal for dining outside. At the front you will find a similar terrace (8.4m2) with a two-person sofa, beach umbrella and adjustable chairs. With gardens at both the front and rear, you will always find a spot in the sun or shade.

For the youngest (up to 2 years) there is a foldable camping bed (60x120cm), a high chair and a stair gate available. But note: pets are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation.
There are two parking spaces at the house, so you don't have to worry about finding a place for your car. In addition, there is ample parking space in the area for any visitors.

Domburg, also located on the Walcheren peninsula, is not only known for its wide, clean beaches, but also for its beautiful nature and rich history. The village exudes a unique atmosphere where both young and old immediately feel at home. After a long walk on the beach you can relax in one of the many cozy beach pavilions. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a tasty meal with a view of the sea.

A little closer to Koudekerke lies the charming village of Zoutelande which has been attracting many visitors for years. You may know it from the song by Bløf, and rightly so, because Zoutelande is definitely worth a visit. The village is located on the Zeeland Riviera and offers the perfect mix of nature, tranquility and fun. With one of the highest dunes in the Netherlands, it offers a beautiful view over both the island and the sea. A perfect place for a long walk or just to enjoy the view. But the Langstraat is also a nice place for an afternoon of shopping and for the little ones there is the Meerpaal Water Playground. And cycling enthusiasts can indulge themselves with the many routes through the dunes.

- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
