Cozy Home Malaga Paradise
Ideal combination of beach and city, authentic popular neighbourhood without mass tourism
Central holiday flat close to the beach in Malaga for up to 4 guests, ideal for couples and families and for working from home. 550 m walk to the beach and the beautiful Antonio Banderas promenade with free outdoor gym and numerous cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants. 1.7 km to the main train station and 2.6 km to the city centre (main shopping street Calle Larios). Easy to reach from the airport in 25 minutes by bus. 5 minutes walk to the shopping street and the famous traditional market of Huelin, where the best restaurants in Malaga buy their fresh fish, fruit and vegetables every day. Excellent metro and bus connections to the city centre, coastal areas and charming Andalusian villages in the interior.
The flat consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living room with dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (pull-out bed) and bathroom. Large desk with multiple sockets (also for Ethernet cable) in each bedroom. In addition, there is a TV, washing machine, fast WiFi and beach equipment such as towels, 2 folding chairs, cool box and parasol. The flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and offers a beautiful view of green areas with palm trees. All guests must provide their identity card or passport and sign the official form if required. Pets, smoking, parties and loud music/noise are not permitted. We kindly ask our guests to make sustainable use of resources (switch off air conditioning when leaving the flat, reasonable water consumption). Please inform us of your arrival time.
