The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, TV, fan, washing machine, beach/pool towels and children's books and toys. In addition, a table tennis table is available in the property. A baby cot and high chair are also available. This holiday rental has a private outdoor area with a garden, open and covered terraces, as well as a barbecue. Like all old buildings, this typical farmhouse does not require air conditioning, so it stays cool even when temperatures rise.

The property is a 5-minute drive from supermarkets and a bakery. The sea can be reached in 20 minutes, as can the coastal town of La Ciotat, the calanques of Cassis, the Sainte-Beaume regional nature park with Lake Sainte-Croix, and the markets of Aix-en-Provence. We also recommend a visit to the Aubagne market, which is open on Saturday mornings.

It is forbidden to bring pets, to make any kind of open fire and to celebrate day and night events. The property is located in a protected natural area where barbecues are prohibited (with the exception of an electric barbecue which is provided on site).
