About this property
1 bedroom accommodation in Rheinsberg
Just a few minutes' walk from the castle park, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the owners' approx. 1,800 sqm fenced residential property is located. Restaurants, shops and Rheinsberg railway station are within walking distance, while the outdoor pool at Grienericksee is approx. 2 km away.
Access to the approx. 30 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat is via a private courtyard entrance. The cosy, furnished courtyard with barbecue is available to all guests. In addition, there are two carport parking spaces (also with their own entrance and gate), further parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities. The flat for two people is on the first floor and has a living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette (electric hob/oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). There is a double room, W-LAN and bathroom with shower/WC. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Final cleaning, tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The small town of Rheinsberg is a state-recognised resort in the middle of the beautiful Rheinsberg Lake District in Brandenburg. The region impresses with its countless lakes, which are connected by canals. The Prussian Crown Prince Friedrich, who resided in the rococo castle in Rheinsberg in the 18th century, turned the town into a flourishing cultural centre and inspired Kurt Tucholsky and Theodor Fontane, among others. Today, the castle grounds, which are also home to a theatre, the chamber opera and the Kurt Tucholsky Museum, host the annual chamber opera festival and other musical events. The annual pottery market in autumn attracts thousands of visitors with international, professional exhibitors. In addition to the picturesque old town with its numerous restaurants and cafés, the town's visitor attractions also include passenger boats, boat and bicycle hire and a bathing area on Lake Grienerick. The connection to the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route is approx. 20 km away.
