The comfortable and modern house welcomes you in a fantastic location and blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the outdoors during your activities in the living area. Gather around the dining table for a good dinner and enjoy the view of the forest while you relax in the sauna or on the sofa.
The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet and sunbathe to the sound of birdsong or read undisturbed in a deckchair. Serve delicious dishes from the barbecue and enjoy the long summer evenings.
Swim in the nearby lake with its beautiful bathing area, paddle on the Immeln and visit Ivö. You are close to Österlen, Simrishamn, Kivik and the sandy beach in Åhus.
