DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:

The stylish flat is located in the modern residential development ‘Pearl of the Seas’ in Sianożety. The building is located in an intimate neighbourhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants and retail and service outlets. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is only 550 metres! This is an excellent location for people who love relaxing by the Baltic shore and admiring picturesque sunsets. In the vicinity of the flat, there are many gastronomic locals offering tasty local cuisine and more. The nearest establishments are: Level 5 Restaurant with a sea view (300 m), Fish Fry ,,Bałtyckie rarytasy’ (350 m), Bistro Tropicana (900 m). Active leisure enthusiasts may take advantage of numerous bicycle paths, including the coastal Eurovelo bicycle route, which takes approx. 40 minutes to reach nearby Kołobrzeg. It is also worth taking an evening walk along the promenade in Ustroń Morski (2 km) or visiting the rope park (7 minutes by car). The location is, in a word, ideal, each of our guests will find something for themselves here.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This modern flat with private garden can accommodate 2 people and has an area of 25 m². Its space is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a terrace and a bathroom. Stylish interior design, functional furniture and fashionable accessories, create a unique atmosphere and will certainly make your holiday by the sea more pleasant. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, which converts into a sleeping area at night. There is also a TV, a table with chairs and a desk where you can comfortably work remotely during your stay. The flat has WIFI internet access. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. There are facilities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. A shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer are available in the cosy bathroom. The beautiful green garden belonging to the studio will be a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee in the fresh air. The flat also includes an outdoor parking space, included in the price of your stay.
