Apartment ZWEI - small but nice - 15min from the sports center
In this small apartment with a view of the garden near the Viehofener lakes, up to 2 adults will find a good place to stay and spend the night in a 160cm wide box spring bed;
Unfortunately, the interior doors are very narrow, making the apartment not suitable for people with walking difficulties!
The garden is of course available to guests - the only thing that needs to be warned about is the robotic lawnmower!
A medical center, the St.Pölten University of Applied Sciences, the sports center, the Okanagan sports school, the NV football stadium - all facilities in the immediate vicinity;
Also: lots of nature to enjoy, the meadows and hills for cycling and hiking;
The Viehofner lakes with swimming options can be reached quickly on foot - the restaurant "Seedose.at" is also open from March to September;
A LUP bus station is also just a few minutes' walk away, so that all publicly accessible destinations can be reached;
The "Traisenpark", a shopping center that can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, provides the important infrastructure - yet in these rooms you remain completely protected from noise and hustle and bustle;

* complete kitchen equipment fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, stove + oven, dishwasher

* 1 room with Box spring bed - 160cm wide (2 people)

In the cool months the apartment is heated by a gas heater with remote control - the windows have blinds and insect screens;
Our apartments are designed as self-catering apartments, which means that YOU must provide your own washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine cleaning tabs, hand detergent, shower gel, paper-towels, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc. etc.;
Bed linen and towels are provided from our side.
We have prepared an initial supply such as 1 roll of toilet paper and other consumables such as sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
The actual idea is that if, for example, sugar is used up during the stay, the tenants will provide a replacement!
All our apartments are equipped with fire and CO2 detectors.
Nevertheless, SMOKING is STRICTLY forbidden in the apartment!
