The stylish flat is located in a modern development at Niepodległości Avenue in Szczecin. It is the very centre of the city, with a well-developed retail and service infrastructure, numerous restaurants and a large number of bus and tram stops. Using public transport, you can move freely throughout the city, and the nearest stops are 60 metres from the building. The surrounding restaurants offer tasty cuisine, and each of our guests is sure to find something perfect for themselves. The nearest establishments are: Bro Burgers (900 m), Trattoria Toscana (300 m), Czech Restaurant Hospudka (350 m). Tasty, aromatic coffee can be enjoyed at the nearby cafe #Alternatively, which is a 10-minute walk away. Large shopping malls and nearby shops will allow our guests to stock up on all the necessary products during their stay. Galeria Kaskada is located just 180 metres away. The West Oder River flows close to the flat, on the banks of which you can take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful views. The Szczecin Boulevards offer numerous attractions and are the perfect place to spend a pleasant evening. The distance to the city centre with the historic Town Hall and the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes is 850 metres. It is certainly worth visiting these places to learn more about the history of Szczecin.

This modern flat, decorated in tasteful colours of black, white and with elements of wood, will happily accommodate 4 people. It has an area of 32 m² and its space consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Stylish interior finishes, functional furniture and fashionable accessories, create a unique atmosphere and will certainly make your stay more pleasant. The living room has a double sofa bed, which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night. There is also a modern TV and a table and chairs where you can dine comfortably. The flat's multimedia facilities include a SmartTV and WIFI internet access. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storage. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals. There are amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. A shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer are available in the cosy bathroom. On the spacious, furnished balcony you can sit comfortably with a cup of your favourite coffee and fully relax. The flat is the ideal place to stay in Szczecin with family or friends.
