The holiday home is located on a plot of approximately 1,500 square meters with a private pool area and a tropical garden with palm trees and fruit trees that can be harvested.
The villa is located directly on the natural path to the small bay of Trou Rolland. You are just a two minute walk away from the beach - a very nice snorkeling spot!

Villa Karibu accommodates 8 guests within 4 bedrooms on two levels.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, newly installed in January 2024. Furthermore, an open living and dining area, as well as a bedroom (queen size bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
The living and dining area is surrounded by a spacious terrace where you can dine and relax with a great view of the Caribbean Sea. A gas grill with the necessary accessories is available for free use.
The pool, sunbathing area and pool bar provide welcome refreshment and the perfect outdoor entertainment. An outdoor shower is available.

The upper floor offers three additional bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 (queen size bed) each have a balcony and share the shower room. The master bedroom (king size bed) is surrounded by a large terrace and has an integrated shower room and a walk-in closet.
All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, ceiling fans and new air conditioning units (from 2023).

There is a parking space on the property.
