The terrace has lateral glazing so that you can use the terrace protected from the wind even in the cooler winter months.

Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with central air conditioning hot/cold, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, internet connection (WLAN), SAT-TV in the living room and master bedroom (in the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French), radio, and hairdryer. A deposit of €500.00 is payable on arrival and will be refunded one week after departure by credit card or bank transfer.
