The tastefully and high-quality furnished newly built apartment has a total living area of 75 m² and a beautiful terrace (22m2) with sea views and views of the landmark of Calpe, the ¨Peñon de Ifach¨. The terrace has lateral glazing so that you can use the terrace protected from the wind even in the cooler winter months.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with central air conditioning hot/cold, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, internet connection (WLAN), SAT-TV in the living room and master bedroom (in the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French), radio, and hairdryer.
