Cozy holiday apartment - 15 minutes by car to the center

You live in a separate, 35 square meter apartment, which is located on the ground floor of our single-family house in northeast Berlin in the 'green' district of Pankow in a quiet side street.
Immediately adjacent fields and allotment gardens invite you to take relaxing walks.
The apartment has a living room with kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, microwave / mini oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a separate bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower / toilet. TV and radio / CD / MP3 are included.
For a third person, an extra bed can be made in the living area.
If necessary, a travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
Access to the Internet is possible via WLAN.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Parking for cars is right in front of the property.

Neuwertig , komplett ausgestattet, für max. 3 Personen
Sehr saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete, ruhige kleine Wohnung, für max. 3 Personen. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, mit elektrischen Rolläden, Fliegengittern und einer guten Matratze für zwei Personen sowie einem Klappbett ausgestattet, die Küche ist klein aber komplett. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Erdgeschoss, der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Bus sind es nur 50 Meter, bis zum Alexanderplatz dauert es min. 30 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Ruhige kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Guter Startpunkt für Berlin
Gemütliche kleine Wohnung im Haus der freundlichen und ruhigen Vermieter. Sehr gut ausgestattete kleine Küche, alles da außer einer Spülmaschine. Fernseher ist geschickterweise im Schlafzimmer, weil im Wohnzimmer nur der Esstisch und ein Sessel als Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden sind. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Bett ist gut und mit 160x200 groß. Alles ist ziemlich neu, ordentlich und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. In die Innenstadt sind wir gut mit dem nur 3 Häuser weiter fahrenden Bus 158 und Umstieg in Heinersdorf Kirche in die Tram M2, die direkt zum Alexanderplatz fährt. Mit Umstieg dauert das etwas über 30 Minuten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Grundstück an der Straße. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel von Berlin wohnen möchte und trotzdem recht einfach in die Innenstadt kommen möchte.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung zum Entspannen
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! In der Wohnung liegt eine ausgedruckte Anleitung mit allen notwendigen Infos. Wir fühlten uns sicher und geborgen und fühlten uns sehr schnell wohl. Einfache Anbindung an die M2 zum Alexanderplatz in die Mitte der Hauptstadt. Wir sind per PKW zur Endhaltestelle Heinersdorf gefahren - 2 Stationen weiter wie Heinersdorf Kirche. Dort findet man immer einen Parkplatz. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Lidl und Kaufland. Im Guten italienischen Restaurant haben wir uns ein leckeres Eis gegönnt 😄

Ruhige Fewo am Rande von Berlin
Die Fewo ist super, schön eingerichtet, am Rande von Berlin. Trotzdem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Nice little appartment
We had a very pleasant stay in the appartment. The place is clean, has a little cooking area, a big table to eat, a one person couch, a beautiful bathroom and the bed is comfortable. The owners live in the same house and are very nice. Contact was easy and everything went smoothly. There's a supermarket about 10-15 min on foot from the appartment. You can get to the city center by bus and tram in about 30 - 40 min depending on the time of day, so you'll have to plan some extra travelling time, if you want to see the sights. The place is surprisingly quiet, which was nice, but I guess if you primarily want to experience Berlin's nightlife, this is not for you, because it's quite far out. If you're not in a hurry or maybe even bring a bike this place is a good choice.

Ruhig gelegene, sehr saubere Fewo im Norden von Berlin, sehr nette geduldige Vermieter trotz meiner verspäteten Ankunft infolge von Stau, ein PKW ist hier von Vorteil, da sich damit mehr öffentliche VM in Richtung Berlin Zentrum erreichen lassen

Kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß genug für zwei Personen und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In einer ausführlichen Infomappe ist alles wichtige und wissenswerte zur Wohnung und zur näheren Umgebung zusammengestellt. Wir waren anlässlich des Halbmarathons dort und haben uns über die schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Mitte und gleichzeitige Ruhe der Vorstadt sehr gefreut. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Einliegerwohnung in Einfamilienhaus
Gut geschnittene Erdgeschoss Wohnung im Landhausstil eingerichtet mit modernen sanitären Anlagen. In der Küche alles da. Die Familie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, etwas außerhalb am Stadtrand von Pankow. Perfekt, wenn man nicht mitten im Berliner Trubel sein möchte.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeingtouren in Berlin
- unkomplizierter Check in / Check out - sehr nette Vermieter - sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und für 2 Personen viel Platz - viel Stauraum für längeren Aufenthalt (grosser Kleiderschrank und Kommode, Garderobe) - sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr - ruhige Umgebung und doch schnell in der City Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder !
