The total renovation of the house was completed in 2024. The 70 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a fan, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This holiday home has a private balcony for your evening relaxation.
The villa is located below a road, rush hour traffic is present in the mornings and evenings, but is structurally well insulated by a boundary wall.
