This is a family home, most suitable for couples or families with children. This is not a house for groups of friends that are looking to party, we value the privacy of our house and its beautiful natural surroundings.

A newly created (nov 2016), very stylish and modern holiday get-away with stunning pool (including a playa area and a jetstream) and very private terraces. The house is situated on 950 m2 of private land, high on a steep and green hillside without any direct neighbours.

It offers a lot of privacy and fantastic vistas over the Las Colinas hills. It is very close to Barcelona international airport (30 min), The city of Barcelona (40 min), the great beaches, restaurants and nightlife of Sitges (15 min) and other wonderful Catalan sights to visit. It is located in Olivella, a picturesque village, which borders on the Nature Reserve 'Garraf', great for hiking, walking, cycling, horse riding, etc. The famous Penedes wine region is close by.

On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms (16m2 each), each with a king-size double bed (180x210cm, high quality brand beds and mattresses; Auping). The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and toilet with brand new and modern fittings, (rain) shower, towel radiator, etc. and has direct access to the pool and terrace area. The second bathroom with toilet is right next to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and a seating area with easy chair and one work desk.

The spacious ground floor is made up of a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and living area with three separate spaces, of which one can be used as extra sleeping arrangement for 2 people, by using the high quality sofa bed (140x200cm). There are two seating areas, a big-screen Satellite-TV, DVD/Blue Ray player. It has a large 6-people dinner table with a great view. There is high-speed WIFI Internet available throughout the house and the outside areas. The house is equipped with an alarm system for your security and fully air-conditioned.

All of the house is decorated with modern and luxurious furniture of high quality and a luxurious and relaxed design look which breathes an atmosphere of wellness, relaxation and refinement. Crib and Highchair free of charge.

The enormous roof terrace offers all-year-round sunbathing and spectacular views over the Sitges hills. Besides the stunning and very private pool area it offers private parking and 4 different outdoor sitting/dining arrangements and lots of space and great views all around.

Pets welcome after confirmed request.
Small children can be accommodated (cot can be made available).
The house is not wheelchair accessible.

General information:
Check-in and check-out: Check-out before 10 am. Check-in after 5 pm. Alternative requests in check-in and check-out are negotiable, but need to be coordinated with other guests first.
One week after checkout and after the house has passed inspection the deposit will be returned.
