Modern flat near the centre of Leogang. You occupy the right-hand side of this semi-detached holiday home. There are 2 flats. This flat is on the 1st floor, has a living room with sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the basement is a sauna and washing machine, shared with the guests of the other flat. The ski storage is shared with the other guests living in the left part of the house. The terrace and barbecue do not belong to this property

Do you love winter sports? Then a stay in this apartment is highly recommended! Just 200 metres from the holiday home, the free ski bus takes you quickly to the beautiful ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang, with 270 km of slopes. You can cross-country ski right when you step out of the door.

Leogang is centrally located, taking you to Zell am See and Kaprun in no time. An extensive range of shops can be found in nearby Saalfelden.

In summer, you can enjoy hiking in Leogang and its surroundings, and the various lifts provide a base for a great day in the mountains. For mountain bikers, there is the Bikepark in Leogang, with challenging trails for all levels
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22.00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
