The view extends partly to the sea, which is 900 - 2,000 meters away depending on the accommodation. Santa Margherita di Pula, a renowned tourist resort in southern Sardinia, is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in contact with still uncontaminated nature. The hills covered with lush Mediterranean scrub border the coast with numerous sandy beaches surrounded by a large pine forest. Thanks to the shallow depth of the seabed, this seaside resort is the ideal place for families with small children. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Some service facilities of the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Age of children max. 11 years. Youth groups under 18 years and groups over 20 people are not allowed.
