Die Urbanisierung ist gut mit einem gepflegten Garten und einem gepflegten Swimmingpool. Es ist gut, die Öffnungszeiten im Voraus zu erwähnen: von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr und von 16:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Auch eine Badekappe ist Pflicht und kein Spielzeug! Es gibt auch WLAN, aber das ist nur an der Rezeption und nicht in den Häusern verfügbar, dies wurde nicht im Voraus gemeldet. Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich, aber nützlich, um den Leuten zu erklären, wo sie Müll entsorgen können, gibt einen Stadtplan und einige allgemeine Informationen darüber, was Sie wo finden können. Das Haus ist sehr einfach und veraltet. Die Betten und die Klimaanlage waren in Ordnung, aber die Küche ist schlecht und sehr klein, sodass Sie keine Theke haben, um etwas zuzubereiten, und der Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine befinden sich in der Mitte des Raums mit einem Schlafsofa und einem Esstisch. Dunstabzug funktioniert nicht, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher, das Haus sollte für Menschen geeignet sein, aber nur 2 Weingläser, keine Schüsseln, Plastikteller. Der Vermieter schrieb uns einen Tag vorher, dass die Wohnung einen Wasserschaden hatte und die Wohnung unbenutzbar sei. Wir sind etwas verwundert, dass der Eigentümer Belvilla dieses Feedback nicht gegeben hat, da wir eine Wohnung gebucht und bezahlt haben, zu der wir keinen Zugang hatten.
