In the immediate vicinity are the famous cities of art such as Loreto, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, which make the Marche so unmistakable. The facility was built according to the latest guidelines for environmentally friendly building materials. The photovoltaic system provides the entire energy requirement for the buildings and the 8-hectare park. The heating and air conditioning is provided by an energy efficient heat pump and the pool is non-chlorinated.
