A very special place of peace and well-being: At the turning point at the end of a small street, the detached holiday home is located on a 300 m² plot where children can play to their heart's content. There is enough space to sunbathe or drink a coffee or tea outdoors. The ground floor of the house with the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room with cloakroom was completely renovated in 2019 and the two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house as well as the guest toilet at the beginning of 2023. The spa center, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the Vicinity. It is only around one kilometer to the harbor, sandy beach and seawater swimming pool.
