The hallway on the ground floor leads to a shower room with toilet, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow a beautiful view of the associated garden and provide sufficient light. The stairs in the hallway lead to the first floor. Here are 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm double bed and TV (Netflix) and the other with 2x 90 cm single beds, and another shower room with toilet. Another staircase leads to the converted attic, where there is another bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). A gas grill and 4 bicycles can be used for a deposit.
