This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments in the garden. The lawn and the 2 sunloungers available are perfect for basking in the sun with a good reading. The family's little ones will also be delighted with this space. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, the spacious living - dining - kitchen - with high ceilings and sliding doors to the garden, beautiful decoration, and air conditioning - is ideal for cooking your best recipes on the gas hob while at the same time setting the table and watching the TV -with satellite channels and Smart TV. In the living room, you can enjoy a well-deserved rest. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also located in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, each with a closet, ceiling fan and AC. Two of them have two single beds and the last one has a double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a shower and a toilet in the house. A baby cot and a high chair are provided.

This accommodation is located in Manresa (Alcúdia) and is only 450 meters from the paradisaical and family beach of Sant Joan. In the town of Alcúdia, about 2.6 km away, you'll find all the services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... Here, you'll find beautiful places to visit like its ancient wall. The nearest golf course in Alcanada is about 7.7 km and Puerto de Alcúdia is about 5.8 km.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. - The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
- You will have to pay the deposit amount upon the arrival of the owner
