Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room is revealed, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch. The generously sized kitchen features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals, also boasting a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two charming bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor, offering convenience and functionality. - There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
