This modern flat, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, will make you enjoy a peaceful stay. It offers a spacious and bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, AC, and Smart TV. For your comfort, there is an open-plan kitchen with an induction hob and basic equipment to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to rest, our guests will find 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with a shower completes the flat. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Finally, if you are traveling with children, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
