On the main floor, the expansive living-dining room, featuring a Smart TV and air conditioning, seamlessly connects with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary cooking utensils. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. A separate bathroom with a shower completes this level.

On the ground floor, a second lounge with a decorative fireplace creates a cozy space for relaxation. This floor also features two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet complete the facilities on this level. The villa also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
